Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Package is tampered with during delivery

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of food and edible products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Improper storage after delivery

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method
    or
  • Replacement products may be shipped based on availability

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banking procedures.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
